The organisation is led by its founder, Lim Kim Yook, an experienced industry practitioner with more than 21 years of expertise in advising, coordinating, and implementing training and continuous improvement initiatives. His extensive exposure spans small enterprises, medium-sized businesses, and multinational corporations throughout Peninsular Malaysia.
